In the spirit of its initiator Jean-Claude Reynal, the grant can allow a voyage abroad. The length of this voyage abroad is 3 months minimum and 6 months maximum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Candidates must be between 20 and 30 years of age and have had an artistic practice on paper for at least two years.
