Selected applicants will undertake their residency between April 2027 and April 2028.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The scheme is aimed at artists and cultural professionals living abroad, and awards residencies of three, six or nine months. Artists are nominated by one or more cultural partners (French cultural network abroad, French or foreign cultural organisations) who support them by submitting their application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The selection process is open to artists and cultural professionals, without age limit, from all countries and have resided outside French territory on a permanent basis for at least 5 years. Artists must be supported by one or more associated partners.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Institut fran\u00e7ais de Paris covers the monthly costs associated with the individual studio apartments at the Cit\u00e9 internationale des arts.
