Low-Tech Projection Lab is a collaborative residency exploring analogue projection and low-tech visual creation from 14 September to 4 October 2026. Hosted by CROCOSMOS near Toulouse (France), the programme invites five European visual artists to experiment with upcycled projectors, liquids, drawing, mapping and collective artistic research. The residency combines technical learning, collaborative creation and public sharing during the Visiophare festival. A total of five artists will be selected.

Applicants must be residents of a Creative Europe eligible country or territory (not including France).

Resident support: Daily allowance for food and local transportation (30 EUR per day, 630 EUR total for the 21-day residency), Travel allowance (under 5.000 km = 400 EUR, from 5.000 km = 800 EUR), Additional support is available for green travel (400 EUR), family (200 EUR per child for residents with children under 18 years old), visas (120 EUR) or accessibility needs (depending on individual situations and requirements), accommodation.
