Located in the Boso region, where diverse cultures have been cultivated over time, the Boso Triennale 2027 will be organized by Chiba Prefecture, Ichihara City, Kisarazu City, and Otaki Town as a platform for community-based development through art and culture. The Triennale aims to nurture local industries, culture, art, and music while engaging in dialogue with international perspectives. Proposals should highlight the unique history, culture, and rich natural environment of the Boso region and that contribute to raising international awareness of the Boso Triennale.

Chosen Projects for participation in the Boso Triennale 2027 receive production support ranging from JPY 500,000 to 2,000,000 (ca. 3.000 – 11.000 €).
