The CrossCulture Programme (CCP) of the Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen provides fellowships for 55 to 60 professionals and dedicated volunteers from over 40 countries. These CCP Fellowships allow participants to spend two to three months working with host organizations in Germany or partner countries. The program aims to enhance the fellows‘ expertise, build networks, and develop intercultural skills, while host organizations benefit from the fellows‘ regional knowledge and experience.

Eligible applicants include professionals and volunteers who are committed to civil society work. The CCP Fellowships for 2025 will primarily be conducted on-site, although digital participation may be available depending on individual circumstances and travel regulations.

The fellowship includes a monthly stipend of 650 € (partner abroad) or 1200 € (German partner), round-trip airfair, health insurance.
