The Ortaklaşa EU-Türkiye Cultural Partnership Call for Proposals under the Ortaklaşa: Culture, Dialogue and Support Programme fosters arts- and culture-based cooperation networks among cities in Türkiye and Europe. The project duration will be 9–12 months and it must be implemented primarily in Türkiye. Activities can include: Activities with Impact on Policy-Making Processes in Arts and Culture; Artistic Production and Participatory Cultural Events; Capacity Building and Experience Sharing Activities; Infrastructure and Organisational Strengthening; Outreach, Visibility and Communication Activities.

Within the scope of this call, applications are expected to be submitted through a four-institution cooperation structure consisting of: a culture-oriented CSO based in Türkiye as the lead applicant, a culture-oriented CSO based in an EU member state or candidate country as the partner, one municipality from Türkiye as associates, and one municipality from an EU member state or candidate country as associates.

The grant amount per project is between 60,000 EUR and 120,000 EUR. Grant support may cover between 70% and 95% of the projects’ total eligible costs.
